These terms govern your use of Throughline Research (“Throughline Research,” “we,” “us”) and your membership. By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to them.
What the membership is
Throughline Research is an educational and informational membership. It includes the trades I take, shared as the method flags them, market insight, a members-only community, and occasional lessons. This is not a signal service; what I post is for your own research and decision-making — it is not personalized financial advice. See our Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure.
Billing
Membership is $100/month, or $600/year (billed annually). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your membership renews automatically each period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing portal — one click, no questions. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
Your membership is for you. Please do not redistribute, resell, or publicly repost the trades I post, community content, or lessons. Keep the community respectful; we may suspend or remove accounts that abuse, harass, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No advice; no guarantees
Nothing in the membership is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. We do not promise any return, win rate, or outcome. Crypto and leveraged trading carry a substantial risk of loss, and most retail traders lose money. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Throughline Research is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is.”
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; we will note the “last updated” date above when we do.
