You can cancel your membership at any time, in one click, from your billing portal. There is no phone call, no retention gauntlet, and no “are you sure” maze.
What happens after you cancel
When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be billed again, and you keep full access — including the Live Record and community — until that date.
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately and continuously, monthly payments are generally non-refundable for periods already used. If you were charged in error, or something genuinely went wrong, contact us and we will make it right. For annual plans, reach out and we will work with you in good faith. Nothing here limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
